We are seeking a Video Conference Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing video conferencing solutions and providing technical support to ensure seamless virtual communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage video conferencing setups for internal and external meetings.
- Ensure all video conferencing equipment and software are functioning properly before meetings.
- Provide technical support during video conferences, resolving any issues that may arise in real-time.
- Train employees on how to use video conferencing tools effectively.
- Maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing hardware and software.
- Assist in the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or IT role, preferably with a focus on video conferencing technologies.
- Proficient in using video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of audio-visual equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist users effectively.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple conference setups and schedules.
