We are seeking a Video Conference Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing video conferencing solutions and providing technical support to ensure seamless virtual communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage video conferencing setups for internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure all video conferencing equipment and software are functioning properly before meetings.
  • Provide technical support during video conferences, resolving any issues that may arise in real-time.
  • Train employees on how to use video conferencing tools effectively.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing hardware and software.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or IT role, preferably with a focus on video conferencing technologies.
  • Proficient in using video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of audio-visual equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist users effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple conference setups and schedules.
