Video and Graphic designer.

Position Summary:

The Video and Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing video and graphic content to support our Product Digital Content creation efforts.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Video Production: Plan, create, record, and edit product-focused videos such as feature explainers, tutorials, product demonstrations, and how-to videos.

Digital Content Creation: Develop digital content such as instructional videos, presentations, visual guides, and supporting graphics.

Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit and deliver high-quality videos, including screen recordings, voiceovers, captions, transitions, annotations, and motion graphics.

Instructional Content: Structure content in a clear and logical manner to make product features, processes, and information easy to understand. Ability to think creatively and develop original content that captures the audience's attention.

Visual Design: Create supporting visuals such as diagrams, flowcharts, illustrations, UI callouts, and other graphics to support digital product content.

Content Updates: Edit and update existing product videos and digital content based on product updates, UI changes, and feedback.

Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts to understand product functionality and create accurate content.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain product videos, screen recordings, graphics, templates, and other digital assets for easy access and future updates.

Project Management: Manage multiple video and digital content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in product information, UI elements, terminology, instructions, visuals, and overall content quality.

Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with video editing, instructional design, screen recording, motion graphics, and digital content creation tools and best practices.

Qualification:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in video production and graphic design.

Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, Synthesia or similar tools. Should be ready to learn new tools as required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
