Graphic Designer (Video + Static Design)

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore (Onsite)​

Type: Full-time​

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month CTC​

At Stratist, we're building a brand that brings curiosity, clarity, creativity, and ethics into 

healthcare growth. From digital campaigns to leadership training, we design smarter systems 

that scale hospitals, clinics, and people. 

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn't just make things look good — but makes 

them feel right, work smart, and tell stories. 

What You'll Be Doing 

●Design social media posts, video thumbnails, decks, brochures, internal collaterals 

●Collaborate with marketing, strategy & studio teams 

●Create visuals that bring healthcare narratives to life (yes, hospitals need designers 

too!) 

●Work on static, carousel, and campaign creatives — with occasional design sprints 

●Ensure consistency with brand identity while still thinking creatively 

●Manage file organization and delivery timelines with ease 

●Recording Videos for the brands & Clients - Work with team for the high level projects  

●Working with clients on assigned projects / task 

●Training team members / staffs working with you 

What We're Looking For 

●Hands-on experience with Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma is a plus) 

●Good taste in typography, layouts, color, and storytelling 

●Ability to handle camera, manage recordings by own and team 

●Strong creative instincts — not just execution skills 

●Ability to handle 2–3 design tasks per day with quality 

●Open-minded, responsive to feedback, and hungry to learn 

●Bonus: Worked in healthcare, education, or personal branding industries
