Vice Principal

Job Title : Vice Principal Deputation: Hapur, Uttar Pradesh Role Objective The Vice Principal will support and assist the Principal in providing strong academic leadership and efficient administration. The role focuses on driving academic excellence , staff management , supervision of day-to-day operations and enforcement of school policies in alignment with the school vision. Job Responsibilities A. Academic Responsibilities Assist the Principal in developing and implementing academic policies and procedures aligned with the school curriculum to drive academic excellence. Supervise and coordinate academic planning, teaching methodologies, and assessments. Plan, monitor, and support learning activities and enrichment programmes. Monitor Lesson Planning, Syllabus coverage, Examination and evaluation processes. Analyse academic performance and results; initiate remedial actions and enrichment strategies to improve student outcomes. Mentor and support teachers and supervise classroom teaching to enhance instructional quality and academic effectiveness. B. Administrative Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the school including Timetable and substitutions. Ensure students wellbeing, safety and security. Plan and supervise Examination and assessment schedules. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all school records pertaining to staff and students. Coordinate academic events and school activities as per the Academic Planner. Promote a disciplined, positive, and achievement-oriented academic culture. Work in close coordination with the Principal to ensure continuity and consistency in academic and administrative functioning to ensure continuous school development. Position Qualification & Abilities 10+ years total experience in teaching & at least 5 years of experience as Senior Coordinator / Vice Principal / Head Mistress Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should be able to converse and build rapport with Leadership/ CXOs/ Directors Education Qualification Strong academic record PGT English (Preferably)
