Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice Principal at Little Wonders International School located in Aurangabad. The Vice Principal will be responsible for overseeing daily school operations, assisting in the development and implementation of school policies, and supporting the Principal in administrative leadership. This role includes managing staff and student activities, coordinating with teachers to enhance curriculum delivery, overseeing disciplinary actions, and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. The Vice Principal will also foster communication between parents, teachers, and students to address concerns and maintain the school's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience in school administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Knowledge of current educational policies and regulations, and experience in policy implementation
• Ability to develop and maintain a positive school culture and climate
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Experience in curriculum development and enhancement
• Master's degree in Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Previous experience as a teacher and in a leadership role in an educational setting is preferred
