Key Responsibilities
School Design
- Design the student week, units, and academic year aligned with the school's vision and context.
- Manage school operations, including facility management, data recording, submissions, and government permissions in collaboration with the Network Team.
- Collaborate with the Principal to create and sustain a high-performing staff and student culture.
- Monitor daily school functioning and drive progress toward achieving the school's vision.
Team Management
- Develop a deep understanding of each staff member and co-create ambitious goals.
- Coach approximately 10 staff members on teaching design, execution, and reflection.
- Review staff progress quarterly and identify key areas for improvement.
- Build a healthy, high-performing staff culture and lead culture norming meetings.
- Work with HR to support staff career paths and ensure retention.
Program Partner Coordination
- Identify, evaluate, and manage about five program partners who provide specialized opportunities to students (e.g., football coaches, ed-tech solutions).
- Manage volunteers to support staff in achieving school goals and improving student outcomes.
