Dreamtime Learning Hub is seeking a dynamic and experienced vice principal to support and lead academic excellence, school operations, and student growth. The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering quality education and ensuring an exceptional school experience for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day academic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the school
Ensure high-quality teaching standards are met and continuously improved
Lead, mentor & support teachers in planning lessons and delivering effective learning outcomes
Manage school administration, discipline, schedules, and staff coordination
Handle parent communication, queries, and grievance resolution
Support and drive student admissions, school tours & parent orientation
Assist the Principal in school planning, policy execution & overall development
Maintain compliance with school policies & safety standards
Prepare reports, data analysis, and ensure strong documentation
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in school academics/administration
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in admission counselling & stakeholder handling
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with curriculum delivery and school audits
Proficient with MS Office and digital platforms (Laptop required)
