Position: Vice President

Reporting To: Company Owner

Location: Jabalpur

Experience: 15-20 Years

Job Description:

Lead, guide, and motivate senior managers to achieve organizational goals.

Develop and implement growth strategies for HR outsourcing services.

Collaborate with the owner and senior leadership on targets and expansion plans.

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Oversee budgeting, P&L, and operational performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Represent the company in key meetings, negotiations, and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent decision-making and strategic thinking abilities.

Proven experience in HR, staffing, or outsourcing industries.

Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
