- Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams, ensuring high performance and

- Report progress and key metrics to the Project Head, ensuring transparency and
accountability.
Qualifications
Proven track record of 25+ years in the thermal power industry, with expertise in large-scale
construction and operational projects.
