What are we looking for
We are seeking an experienced candidate to serve as a thought partner to senior product leadership by synthesizing market, regulatory, and product signals into concise narratives, decision frameworks, and executiveready materials. The candidate should be able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment, balancing strategic thinking with execution discipline while meeting demanding timelines. The candidate will act as a subject matter expert and cross-functional integrator to drive Product Office content, and associated initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, ideate, and drive development of clear, evidence-based content at the intersection of product strategy, regulation, and market structure such as roadmaps, client-oriented and industry-oriented submissions.
Lead and drive forward-looking regulatory intelligence client materials across different jurisdictions.
Lead and drive analytical content, including competitive product capabilities assessment, for internal strategy projects to enable executive decision-making.
Partner with product, sales enablement, legal, public policy, and compliance teams to validate perspectives and ensure consistency with corporate positioning.
Drive, support and help framing solutions for priorities such as AI, regulatory intelligence across the business unit
Set a high-quality bar across, by coaching and guiding team members on analytical depth, storytelling, and clarity.
Skills & Knowledge
Qualification & Certifications
14+ years overall experience, with considerable exposure to investment management/ servicing industry or, in general, financial services industry, MBA/CFA/CA preferable
Primary Skills (Must Have)
Good knowledge of investment management/servicing industry
Experienced professional, eloquent, organized and disciplined effectively work in a globally diverse and matrixed environment
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines and effectively execute in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and written skills. Must have the ability to comfortably interact & communicate with all levels of the organization
