Position - VP Pricing & Scheduling - B2C
Location - Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Design along with Tech team dynamic pricing models tailored to real-time demand, customer behaviour, and market conditions
- Drive the adoption and implementation of the dynamic pricing strategies and models in the business
- Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to align pricing strategies with platform capabilities
- Own end-to-end pricing lifecycle: experimentation, A/B testing, performance tracking, and optimization
- Leverage data tools and business analytics to uncover pricing insights and drive decisions
- Benchmark pricing strategies against industry leaders in ride-hailing and travel-tech
- Own scalable pricing systems that adapt to evolving business needs and customer expectations
- Present pricing impact and strategy to leadership with clarity and precision
- Develop and refine scheduling algorithms for bus services based on real-time demand, route profitability (EPK), and operational constraints
- Collaborate with operations and tech teams to integrate demand forecasting models into fleet deployment strategies
- Monitor and optimize route-level performance using metrics like occupancy rate, EPK etc.
- Design dynamic scheduling frameworks that adapt to seasonal trends, peak hours, and special events/ demand periods
- Leverage pricing insights to inform service frequency, vehicle allocation, and route prioritization and optimization
- Conduct A/B testing on scheduling strategies to evaluate impact on customer satisfaction and revenue
- Build dashboards along with tech to visualize demand clusters and recommend service adjustments in near real-time
- Build, lead and mentor a team of pricing and scheduling analysts who can independently work and contribute to the team on 24X7 rotational basis.
