We are seeking an experienced Vice President Operations to lead multi-city operations, strengthen execution frameworks, and drive operational excellence at scale.
Role Overview
The VP Operations will oversee end-to-end operational performance across Uniliv's portfolio of properties. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong hospitality experience, proven multi-location management capability, and the ability to build scalable systems while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations across multiple cities and properties.
- Ensure consistency in service delivery and operational standards.
- Build scalable operational systems, SOPs, and performance frameworks.
- Manage and mentor regional and property-level leadership teams.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and performance improvement.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, sales, community, finance, and technology.
- Support new property onboarding, launch execution, and stabilization.
- Strengthen vendor management and operational processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, co-living, hotels, serviced apartments, or multi-location residential operations.
- Proven experience managing operations across multiple locations simultaneously.
- Experience leading large, distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and service delivery.
- Experience in high-growth or multi-unit operational environments preferred.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Location
Delhi NCR (with travel across Rajasthan, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, and other operational cities).
