Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Operations for HiTech Industry vertical
The single point of contact in order to provide a unified experience to client.
You will hold end-to-end accountability of client success through the delivery cycle (transformation, blue-printing, work transfer, digital delivery, etc.).
All the functions need to be woven into a single consistent performance to meet the program success criteria for client expectations, business outcomes, margin and revenue commitments. Collaborating with customers to find opportunities that address critical business needs. Balance critical path, dependencies and enthusiastically identify risks associated with the project and develop a mitigation plan.
Key Requirements
Responsibilities
Delivery & Planning
.Single owner of portfolio of accounts for delivery through project teams to deliver transformation program consisting of more than one capability service lines
.Deploy Genpact's proprietary program management methodology, identifies gaps with respect to customer requirements and customizes to deliver outstanding client experience.
.Deliver per a robust and forward-looking plan that handles critical paths & dependencies and identifies risks and ensures mitigation
.Deliver program as per planned expenses and ensure recognition of planned revenue and margin.
.Reliably forecast program financials & impact of change in breakthrough, scope, resourcing etc.
.Act as Change Leader and drive delivery led account revenue and profit growth.
.Playing a key role in providing timely and high quality RFX responses
.Partnering with RFI/RFP team & Finance on customer proposals to realize customer needs while maintaining profitability
.
Forward looking financial management & reporting
.Deliver program as per planned expenses and ensure recognition of planned revenue
.Handle and repurpose overall program (portfolio) budget across multiple projects
.Reliably forecast program financials & impact of change in breakthrough, scope, resourcing etc.
.Provide timely visibility into financial state at program and project level
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Engineering degree/MBA
.Successfully led Digital/Technology based Transformation programs. Experience of implementation of digital platforms or tools (Robotics/Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence)
.proven ability transitioning services from clients into new delivery operating models
.Experience in digital program management or service delivery management experience with growing responsibility
.Experience in successfully leading design and development projects in Agile, Scrum environment
.Consultative Mind-set: Strategic perspective on the work we do and how it can impact our clients
.Ability to work within a matrix organization and build strong teams !!and alliances through emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills and Possesses excellent social communications, team building and leadership skills
.Experience with working either in/for Hi-Tech Industry sector industries/clients
.Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (including senior leaders in a variety of functions)
.Sound financial & commercial Business Understanding
Preferred Qualifications
.Confirmed experience in balancing complex programs: End to end program management with services transitions from old to new operating models at the core
.Expertise in Change/Risk/Communications/Planning management
.Adept in leading/co-facilitating Design Thinking workshop or implementing the methodology
.Leadership and Social Skills: Ability to network and build positive relationship with partners (internally and externally)
.Intuition For Business: Drive end-to-end thinking and solutions to deliver long term benefits to our clients
.Commercial Acumen: Ability to develop outstanding pricing/cost models, design financial strategies, groundbreaking benefits and negotiations of same
.Ability to work with cross cultural teams - Be sensitive and aware of what is acceptable behavior across different cultures/ethnic groups/religions etc.
.Inventive: Ability to build and maintain authoritative network structure/contacts within Genpact to resolve challenges and influence all the internal/external parties involved in executing the contract
