Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a 5-year and annual growth plan for business
  • Coordinate and communicate with CEO/MD for annual business budget projections and planning.
  • Focus and establish plans for revenue generation through various business units.
  • Implementation of the mission, vision and values of the organization including the deliverance of high quality, customer-focused care as per modern day standards
  • The person will be responsible for setting and following standards for excellence in operations, implementing policies and procedures & leveraging synergies among the business areas for further growth
  • Hands on experience in Liasoning and dealing with government institutions
  • Responsible for managing and motivating a large team dispersed across India in urban and rural areas and ensuring they meet their annual business targets and objectives.
  • Procure business through tenders and projects
  • Experience of handling After Sales market and consumable sale as it contributes 20-25% of revenue
  • Adept in Value based selling to benefit the customer throughout the process which helps in developing

the brand in the market

  • Adept in managing of B2B (Corporates, Cooperative, etc.), leading sales, client-relationship management, building and engaging major accounts and external customers
  • Oversee the financial stability through regular recoveries of outstanding and receivables.
  • Responsible for development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets to ensure optimal resources allocation and usage
  • Responsible for dynamic management of team to ensure cost efficiency, high productivity, good employee relation, job satisfaction and high staff retention
  • Investigate growth oriented other business opportunities in sync with the company's plans and objectives.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate/Master's degree in Engineering,
  • Business Management degree from reputed business schools desired.
  • 15 18 years of experience with an exposure of managing similar businesses at national level
  • Willing to relocate at Ahmedabad
  • Proven track record of increasing margins and improving P&L by expanding business, driving efficiencies.
