Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Vice President Project Sales to lead our sales
efforts in the LED lighting space. This role is critical to our growth trajectory, with a goal of
reaching 100 crore in turnover within the next three years. The ideal candidate will have deep
industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving project-based
sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business
objectives, identify new opportunities, and expand customer relationships.
Project Acquisition and Management: Lead project sales efforts, manage the full sales
cycle, negotiate deals, and oversee successful execution.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve
revenue and expansion goals.
Market Analysis and Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and
customer behavior to shape strategic sales decisions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive repeat business and loyalty.
Requirements (Essential Skills):
10+ years of experience in project sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of LED lighting solutions and commercial project sales cycles.
Proven ability to generate revenue and lead sales teams to meet ambitious targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience working with EPC contractors, builders, or architects.
Existing network within the LED or construction industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: 18LPA to 20LPA (depending on experience)
