About Us:

Loomkaari Studio is a designer and manufacturer of high-end home textiles, specializing in bespoke, handwoven, and hand-embroidered products. Our collections are sold through a global network of luxury retailers and interior designers. We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to helm our global sales efforts and drive business growth in the US, UK, and European markets.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Vice President - Sales with 8-10 years of experience in B2B and IDA (Interior Design Associate) sales in the international market, specifically in the US, UK, and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key accounts, and leading high-performing sales teams. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for developing and executing our global sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our presence in existing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US, UK, and European markets, aligning with the company's overall business objectives

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to drive performance and growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including luxury retailers, interior designers, and architects

- Identify new business opportunities, including market research, prospecting, and networking

- Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs

- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue growth

- Develop and execute trade show and event strategies to showcase our collections and build brand awareness

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development

- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the sales team, promoting Loomkaari Studio's values and mission

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in B2B and IDA sales in the international market, specifically in the US, UK, and Europe

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets

- Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams

- Strong knowledge of the luxury home textiles market and trends

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Ability to travel internationally for business development and trade shows (up to 50%)

- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish) a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a preffered
