Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership:
- Contribute directly to system architecture, solution design, and code review
- Provide hands-on guidance in building scalable, secure, high-performance web applications
- Stay updated with modern technologies (cloud-native development, microservices, containerization, CI/CD, modern frontend frameworks, etc.) and drive their adoption where suitable
- Resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring engineering best practices and coding standards are upheld.
People & Delivery Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team across multiple disciplines
- Drive end-to-end delivery of product releases, ensuring quality, timelines, and business alignment
- Collaborate closely with product management, design, and business stakeholders to translate product vision into actionable engineering plans
- Establish a strong engineering culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Optimize engineering processes, tools, and workflows for efficiency and reliability.
Key Skills :
- 10+ years of overall engineering experience, with strong exposure to product-based environments
- Prior hands-on experience in .NET and/or Java web application development.
- Strong understanding of modern tech stacks: cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, APIs, DevOps practices, modern frontend frameworks, databases, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record in leading engineering teams and delivering complex product releases
- Ability to balance technical depth with strategic leadership
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skill
- Experience scaling engineering teams in mid size product companies
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Prior experience working closely with founders or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
