Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Vice President of Commercial Operations. The individual will oversee and manage the sales efforts, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure sales effectiveness and business growth. Responsibilities include driving budgeting, business planning, and building relationships with key stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Collaboration with various internal departments and external partners will be central to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Effectiveness to drive revenue and improve performance.
• Ability in Strategic Planning and Business Planning to create and oversee effective commercial strategies.
• Proficiency in Budgeting to allocate resources effectively and meet financial goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven experience in a senior commercial operations role within the food or agricultural industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable.
