Position: National Head CP Sourcing Outstation, NRI & Alternate Channels

Location: Mumbai (with frequent travel to tier 1 cities)

Reporting To: Head Central Strategy and New initiatives

Role Overview

The National CP Sourcing Head will be responsible for expanding and activating channel partner networks outside the core city markets, including outstation brokers, NRI and alternate distribution channels across India and international markets.

The role focuses on lead generation, partner acquisition, engagement, and deal conversion through third-party networks, ensuring strong sourcing for the company's residential projects.

1. Outstation Channel Partner Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners in key non-local markets such as Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Pune
  • Build relationships with high-performing real estate brokerage houses and independent brokers across India.
  • Organize roadshows, CP meets, and project presentations in major outstation markets.
  • Develop a structured partner activation strategy to drive consistent lead flow.

2. NRI Channel Development

  • Build and manage relationships with NRI brokers, property consultants, and wealth advisors serving Indian diaspora markets.
  • Target key NRI corridors including GCC and Singapore
  • Coordinate international sales events, webinars, and digital campaigns to drive NRI participation.
  • Work closely with marketing to design NRI-focused sales propositions and communication.

3. Alternate Channel Sourcing

Develop additional sourcing channels beyond traditional brokers, including:

  • Wealth managers and private bankers
  • Associations and clubs
  • Online lead aggregators
  • Referral networks and influencer communities
  • Continuously explore new distribution models to scale project reach.

4. Partner Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong engagement with channel partners through regular communication, incentives, and training sessions.
  • Ensure partners are updated on inventory, pricing, offers, and sales processes.
  • Provide partners with sales tools, marketing collateral, and digital assets.

5. Revenue & Sales Contribution

  • Achieve sourcing targets through outstation CP network and alternate channels.
  • Track partner performance and ensure conversion from leads to bookings.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth closure of deals.

6. Market Intelligence

  • Gather insights on buyer trends, pricing, and competitor projects across key markets.
  • Provide strategic feedback to leadership regarding demand pockets and channel effectiveness.
