Role: VP / SVP – Enterprise Risk & Operational Resilience

Location-Bangalore/Chennai

Role Summary

Lead the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience programs. Partner with senior leadership to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor enterprise-wide risks while ensuring business resilience and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework, risk governance, and reporting.
• Lead Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and resilience testing programs.
• Drive crisis management and organizational response to major business disruptions, cyber incidents, and technology outages.
• Manage third-party, vendor, client, operational, regulatory, cyber, and strategic risks.
• Develop executive dashboards, KRIs, KPIs, risk metrics, and Board-level reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO 22301 and ISO 27001.
• Partner with business leaders to embed risk management into strategic planning and decision-making.
• Build a strong risk-aware culture through governance, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Enterprise Risk & Resilience team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of senior leadership experience managing enterprise-wide risk and resilience programs.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Mortgage, Insurance, or large BPO/Services environments preferred.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, crisis management, and team leadership skills.
