Role Summary:We are looking for a highly experienced MEPF professional to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems for complex projects. The role requires strong technical depth, leadership capability, and commercial acumen to manage design coordination, execution, cost, quality, and compliance across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership for all MEPF activities from design development to final commissioning and handover
- Lead and coordinate MEP design consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Oversee MEPF engineering, value engineering, BOQ finalization, budgeting, and cost control
- Manage procurement strategy, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract administration
- Ensure seamless integration of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV & BMS systems
- Monitor project schedules and ensure on-time delivery of MEPF milestones
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to NBC, local statutory requirements, safety norms, sustainability standards, and green building guidelines
- Lead testing, commissioning, and successful handover of all MEPF systems
- Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and execution risks
- Work closely with top management on project planning, strategy, and resource allocation
Qualifications & Experience:- 12+ years of experience in MEPF projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong experience in high-rise buildings, large townships, infrastructure, or industrial projects
- In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and automation systems
- Proven capability in team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (MBA / PG in Project Management is an advantage)
