Vice President Marketing

Location: Hebbal Outer Ring Rd, Bangalore Karnataka

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Working Days: 5 days (Mon to Fri) onsite

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our digital marketing function, with full responsibility for driving business revenue and profitability across international markets.

Position Overview

The Vice President Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy that drives brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This position carries full P&L accountability for the marketing function and requires a strategic leader capable of combining analytical insight with commercial acumen. Proven experience in the EdTech sector with a focus on K–12 education is essential. Candidates without this background will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a results-oriented digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Oversee the marketing P&L, ensuring effective allocation of budgets to optimize ROI and meet profitability targets.
  • Lead all aspects of digital performance marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email campaigns, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making using analytics, reporting, and marketing automation tools.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team, instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Strengthen the organization's brand positioning and lead campaigns that enhance global market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Finance, to align marketing initiatives with strategic business priorities.
  • Identify emerging markets and opportunities to expand the company's digital footprint

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in VP Role.
  • Track record of delivering measurable business growth and managing marketing P&L responsibility.
  • Pilot AI marketing tools tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity, and Lumen5 for agile, content-at- scale delivery
  • Strong proficiency in performance marketing, data analytics, and digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs, manage budgets, and report on ROI to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital campaigns across international markets.
  • Superior leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
