What is expected from this role to start with In summary, expectations are in the areas of outbound sales, strategic branding/digital marketing, and sales growth strategy/execution.

Build & scale the Sales Development function for APAC and USA

  • Hire, lead, and coach a high-performing team of Sales Consultants
  • Set and drive aggressive KPIs across activity, conversion, and opportunity quality

Own outbound GTM and pipeline generation

  • Execute and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
  • Continuously refine pitch/messaging based on market feedback

Drive qualification rigor

  • Implement structured frameworks (i.e., MEDDICC)
  • Ensure high-quality, clients aligned with GTM enter the pipeline

Ensure strong sales handoff and conversion

  • Establish a seamless handoff to Sales Managers
  • Maintain high CRM discipline and enable warm, contextual introductions

Own pipeline metrics and revenue growth

  • Manage CRM (HubSpot) hygiene and full-funnel visibility
  • Track and optimize conversion metrics across the pipeline
  • Continuously improve processes, sequences, and automation

Align Sales & Marketing for execution of GTM

  • Run tight feedback loops with Sales
  • Refine targeting, messaging, and campaign focus

Client engagement & market expansion

  • Engage directly with key prospects and strategic opportunities in North America
  • Support and drive end-to-end sales cycles using on-shore/off-shore model

Qualifications and Experience required to perform the role effectively:

  • 10+ years in B2B sales development / inside sales within high-growth and performance-driven environments
  • 5+ years leading and scaling sales development teams
  • Proven track record in consulting, technology, or data & AI services, with strong value-based selling is a must
  • Deep expertise in GTM strategy and execution: outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and consultative qualification in off-shore/on-shore model
  • Strong client-facing experience with networks in the North America market
  • Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or FinTech
  • Exposure to digital marketing and demand generation
  • Experience operating across global markets (preferably in USA)
  • Highly data-driven, with obsession for conversion metrics and sales funnel/revenue growth
  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and scale high-performing teams

Career progression: Performer shall be considered for on-shore role with P&L responsibility after 18 months of successful track record with SCIENTE.
