What is expected from this role to start with In summary, expectations are in the areas of outbound sales, strategic branding/digital marketing, and sales growth strategy/execution.
Build & scale the Sales Development function for APAC and USA
Own outbound GTM and pipeline generation
Drive qualification rigor
Ensure strong sales handoff and conversion
Own pipeline metrics and revenue growth
Align Sales & Marketing for execution of GTM
Client engagement & market expansion
Qualifications and Experience required to perform the role effectively:
Career progression: Performer shall be considered for on-shore role with P&L responsibility after 18 months of successful track record with SCIENTE.
