Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Your Playbook

1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy (Ai Agentive led, SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing) to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Own the lead generation function, using data-driven approaches to attract and convert our target audience of CXOs and procurement heads in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Apply knowledge of agentive sales principles to create marketing assets that actively guide prospects through the buyer's journey.

2. Brand Identity & Creative Execution:

  • Own and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Hands-on creation of compelling marketing collateral: sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and video scripts.
  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality explainer videos, product demos, and testimonial videos to simplify complex AI-driven value propositions.

3. Website & User Experience (UX/UI):

  • Take charge of our website as a brand extension. Work with developers to manage updates, optimize user flow, and ensure the UX/UI is intuitive and effective.

4. Sales Enablement:

  • Be the strategic partner to the sales team by providing them with the tools, content, and data they need to close deals faster.
  • Develop targeted content for each stage of the sales cycle.

4. Events and PR:

  • Manage large scale events single handidly: domestic and global
  • Manage vendors

  • AI first: Someone very keen and passionate around AI and appreciates use of AI tools for marketing
  • A Doer, Not Just a Director: You are hands-on and love creating things. You're as comfortable writing a copy as you are designing a slide or analyzing a Google Analytics report.
  • Creative Storyteller: You have a portfolio that showcases your skill in branding, deck creation, and video storytelling.
  • Digital Native: You have deep, hands-on experience with AI tools, digital marketing tools, SEO, and lead gen tactics.
  • UX-Focused: You have a strong sense of user experience and understand how website design influences conversion.
  • Strategic Mindset: You can see the big picture but are obsessed with the details that make it happen.
  • An Alumnus of Excellence: You have a degree from a premier institution like International education, MICA, S.P. Jain, IIMs, MDI, or similar, or are an exceptional graduate with a proven track record.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or specialized degree in Marketing/Mass Communication from a premier institute is a strong plus.
  • 6 to 10 years of proven, hands-on experience in a marketing role where you were directly responsible for deliverables likedigital campaigns, branding, and content creation.
  • A strong portfolio is a must-have. Show us what you've built.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or a fast-paced startup environment is highly advantageous
