We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Vice President – Marketing to lead brand growth, demand generation, product positioning, and customer acquisition initiatives across the organization.

Role Overview

The VP – Marketing will be responsible for building and executing the company's overall marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, generating qualified pipeline, and strengthening market positioning for our SaaS products.

This role requires a strong leader with expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, product marketing, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have experience scaling marketing operations in high-growth startup environments and driving measurable business impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Growth
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth and revenue goals.
  • Build strong brand positioning and market presence for CRM, WhatsApp Automation, IVR, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Lead brand awareness, thought leadership, and customer engagement initiatives across digital and offline channels.
  • Define marketing KPIs, GTM plans, and growth frameworks.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
  • Drive inbound and outbound lead generation strategies to support revenue objectives.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, webinars, events, and partnerships.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve pipeline generation and campaign effectiveness.
Product Marketing & GTM Execution
  • Oversee product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for SaaS products.
  • Lead product launch campaigns, feature announcements, and customer communication strategies.
  • Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, brochures, and battle cards.
  • Conduct customer and market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
  • Manage paid marketing initiatives across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, attribution, CAC, ROI, and funnel metrics.
  • Build data-driven reporting systems and dashboards to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Leverage analytics and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and customer acquisition.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing, content, design, and growth teams.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and leadership teams on business growth initiatives.
  • Establish scalable marketing processes, workflows, and automation systems.
  • Manage agency relationships, vendors, and external marketing partnerships.
Events & Strategic Outreach
  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, partner campaigns, and networking initiatives.
  • Strengthen the company's presence across industry forums, digital platforms, and strategic communities.
  • Identify partnership and co-marketing opportunities to expand reach and brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–15 years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Product Marketing.
  • Proven experience leading marketing teams and scaling marketing operations in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics, digital marketing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, email marketing, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in CRM, CPaaS, WhatsApp Automation, IVR, AI, or communication technology products.
  • Startup or high-growth SaaS environment experience preferred.
  • Understanding of enterprise and SMB customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience managing product-led and sales-assisted growth models is a plus.
