Designation - Assistant Manager-HR

Experience - 5-8 Years

Location - Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric Assistant Manager – HR who will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, coordinating learning and development programs, and managing employee grievances to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture. The role requires strong stakeholder management, execution excellence, communication skills, and the ability to build trust across levels.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Lead and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, celebrations, and culture-building activities across the organization.
    • Design and implement engagement calendars aligned with organizational values and business objectives.
    • Drive employee connect programs, recognition initiatives, wellness activities, and team-building interventions.
    • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to recommend actionable improvements.
    • Ensure high participation and employee satisfaction across engagement initiatives.
  • Learning & Development
    • Coordinate and manage learning initiatives, workshops, training programs, and leadership development interventions.
    • Identify training needs in collaboration with business leaders and managers.
    • Track learning effectiveness, participation metrics, and post-training impact.
    • Support implementation of competency development and capability-building initiatives.
    • Coordinate with internal and external trainers/vendors for seamless execution of programs.
  • Employee Grievance Handling & Employee Relations
    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
    • Conduct preliminary investigations and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive matters.
    • Ensure timely resolution of employee concerns in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
    • Support managers in conflict resolution and employee counseling discussions.
    • Maintain proper documentation and reports related to grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
  • HR Dashboard & Analytics
    • Maintain and publish periodic HR dashboards and MIS reports related to engagement, learning initiatives, attrition, attendance, grievances, and other key HR metrics.
    • Analyze HR data and trends to derive actionable insights for improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports for management review and decision-making.
  • HR Operations Support
    • Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and organizational initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR program execution.
    • Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and engagement/training MIS.
Key Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years prior experience in consulting, service, or corporate environments will be preferred.
    • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • High emotional intelligence and employee-centric approach.
    • Strong event management and coordination abilities.
    • Good understanding of employee relations and grievance management.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms
