Key responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and HR to assess and address leadership and development needs.
Design and deliver leadership, management, and professional development programs.
Own and evolve elements of the global learning curriculum.
Lead high-impact initiatives such as leadership and high-potential development programs.
Drive adoption of modern learning solutions, including digital and AI-enabled platforms.
Manage external vendors and learning partners.
Track program effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
Collaborate across global teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
