Business Development Support
- Support sales leadership in identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for Emerging Markets

Market Research & Intelligence
- Conduct industry and market research to identify new commercial office space opportunities
- Leverage internal and external data sources to improve market coverage and effectiveness
- Track market trends, absorption rates, and supply-side developments
- Source and update information on new commercial real estate properties
Database Management
- Maintain and update commercial real estate databases using internal platforms (e.g., Blossom, Horizon)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all sales and property data
- Build, validate, and manage primary and secondary datasets for business use
- Support database administration and ensure timely updates of market information
Sales Enablement & Reporting
- Assist in preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams
- Convert raw data into structured insights for sales and business planning
- Support pipeline tracking and market mapping activities
- Ensure proper documentation and presentation quality in all deliverables
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal research, sales, and database teams
- Coordinate with regional teams for market data collection and validation
- Support cross-functional collaboration for improved business outcomes
Operational Excellence
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms
- Maintain updated records of commercial property listings and market intelligence
- Meet deadlines for data updates, reporting, and market submissions
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced business environment
