Job Description

T-Hub, India's leading innovation intermediary and business incubator built on the triple helix model of innovation (a partnership between the Government of Telangana, academic institutes, and the private sector), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Innovation Program Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in both consulting and solutioning/B2B sales. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise to drive impactful innovation initiatives that not only generate revenue but also contribute significantly to societal upliftmenta core tenet of our mission.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute differentiated innovation strategies that balance revenue generation with measurable social and ecosystem impact.
  • Advisory & Consulting Excellence: Lead complex innovation consulting engagements, guiding clients from problem definition and ideation through validation, scaling, and market entry.
  • Growth & P&L Ownership: Identify, originate, and close high-value opportunities; build and manage a strong pipeline of consulting and solution-led engagements.
  • Ecosystem Orchestration: Engage and influence senior stakeholders across government, corporates, academia, startups, and global institutions.
  • Practice Building: Conceptualize and build innovation practices and business lines aligned with emerging market and policy priorities.
  • Talent & Culture Leadership: Attract, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, particularly early-career professionals, while fostering an inclusive and high-ownership culture.
  • Brand & Ambassadorship: Represent T-Hub, its startups, and the Hyderabad/Telangana innovation ecosystem with global Fortune 500 companies, international organizations, and government leaders.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience with a strong blend of consulting, solutioning, and B2B sales leadership roles.
  • Strategic Orientation: Proven ability to design and execute innovation strategies within publicprivate partnership environments.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and closing complex consulting and solution-led engagements.
  • Practice Builder Mindset: Track record of launching and scaling new practices, programs, or business units.
  • Stakeholder Gravitas: Comfortable engaging at CXO, Secretary, and Board levels across public and private sectors.
  • People Leadership: Experience leading and developing young, high-potential teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence diverse and senior audiences.
  • Analytical Strength: Ability to translate research and insights into actionable strategies and scalable solutions.
