Role Overview

The Vice President HRMS will lead the implementation, and optimization of TresVista's Human Resource Management System across global operations. This role requires a strong blend of HR domain expertise, technical acumen, and leadership capabilities to drive digital transformation and operational excellence in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of HRMS solutions across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align system capabilities with organizational goals
  • Oversee system architecture, data integration, and automation of HR workflows
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security protocols
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs and delivery timelines
  • Drive analytics and reporting capabilities to support data-driven HR decision-making
  • Lead change management and user adoption initiatives across departments
  • Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement efforts
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to integrate and optimize technologies across the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and business teams

Technical Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Darwinbox, or similar
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, data migration, and middleware platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HR systems, SSO, role-based access controls, and data encryption
  • Experience in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and agile delivery models
  • Ability to interpret and work with HR analytics dashboards, SQL queries, and reporting tools

Experience:

  • 1113 years of experience in HR technology and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale HRMS implementations and managing cross-functional teams

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) is preferred.
  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or Business Management is a strong advantage
