Job Overview

The Vice President - Finance will serve as strategic partner to CEO & the Board and will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Will own capital strategy, investor relations, fundraising/refinancing, and performance management of the same across all Organica Entities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Leadership:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, providing insight on financial strategy, capital allocation, and growth initiatives
  • Manage relationships with lenders, DFIs, multilaterals, infrastructure funds, and strategic investors
  • Lead fundraising, refinancing, and exit readiness processes, including data rooms and diligence for equity, debt, working capital raises in line with company's capital needs
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for shareholders, lenders, and financing partners on financial matters
  • Lead process management and materials for board meetings and investor reporting

Financial Planning, Compliance, Reporting & Controls:

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across Holdco and corporate entities
  • Oversee strategic planning and execution for cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across Holdco and corporate entities
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting in line with local GAAP / IFRS and investor expectations
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks
  • Manage external audits, tax planning, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Finance / Economics

Bachelor's (BBA) / Master's Degree (MBA) in Business Management

Minimum 15+ years of experience in Finance Management & Controlling / corporate finance/capital markets/project finance

  • Experience in leading multiple financing transactions endtoend
  • Strong stakeholder management (Board, lenders, multilaterals)

Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel

Preferred Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of Wastewater sectors

Knowledge of Government, Municipal and PSU bidding / tendering procedures

Excellent documentation, analytical, and coordination skills

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address construction challenges.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills n English and Hindi for liaising with various stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a focus on precision and quality under strict deadlines

Confidence, high level of energy and passion

Ability to work with minimum of supervision

Team player & Flexible and open to changing priorities

Work Conditions

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to work in an office and well as in field, which may involve standing, walking, and outdoor exposure.
  • Travel: Frequent travel, Domestic as well as International may be required.
