Scope of Work:
- Treasury Management: Manage daily cashflows, investments and debt.
- Leadership & Team Management: Supervising and developing the finance team.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: preparing and managing budgets, forecasting cash flows and identifying potential financial risks.
- Reporting & Compliance: Preparing and presenting financial statements on a regular basis, while maintaining accounting standards and regulations.
- Strategic Decision Making: Providing financial expertise and advice to the CEO and directors on strategic decisions like investment, budgeting and capital structure.
- Implementing a robust system using financial software like Tally etc. to reduce human errors.
- Developing and implementing financial plans, forecasting and analyzing financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Extensive experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- Previous managerial position preferred
- CPA or Chartered Accountancy degree or experience preferred
