What is this role all about

As Vice President – Enterprise Sales, you will lead our enterprise sales efforts in the West region, driving strategic engagements with large organizations and building long-term client partnerships.You will play a critical role in expanding Kapture CX's footprint by positioning our AI-powered CX solutions to solve complex business challenges for enterprise clients.

● You will own and drive enterprise sales strategy for the West region, building and managing a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities, with particular focus on the BFSI sector.

● You will engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and position Kapture's AI-powered CX platform as a strategic solution.

● You will lead complex, consultative sales cycles from opportunity creation to deal closure for large enterprise accounts.

● You will mentor and manage a team of enterprise sales professionals, enabling them to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

● You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to shape go-to-market strategies and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

This is a Mumbai-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What does success look like in this role

Success in this role means consistently winning strategic enterprise deals, building trusted relationships with CXO-level leaders, and developing a high-performing sales team that drives sustained revenue growth.

What would make you a good fit for this role

● You bring 15–18 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in B2B SaaS companies.

● You have a strong track record of selling technology or AI-driven solutions to large enterprise clients.

● You have significant experience selling into the BFSI sector and understand its unique challenges and opportunities.

● You have prior experience leading and managing enterprise sales teams.

What are the most critical skills for this role

● You are a consultative seller who can engage senior stakeholders and influence complex enterprise buying decisions.

● You are skilled at navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals.

● You are an effective sales leader who can mentor teams and drive consistent revenue performance.

You will have an advantage if you:

● You have previously sold AI, analytics, or automation platforms to enterprise organizations.

● You have an established network of decision-makers within the West region, particularly in the BFSI industry.

● You have experience working in high-growth SaaS environments.

● You have led regional enterprise sales teams and built scalable sales processes.
