The Opportunity
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and business expansion, leading high-performance teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and automated network environment. By leveraging deep expertise in Cisco Data Center technologies and advanced security frameworks, the VP will transform our network into a strategic asset that supports international client requirements and ensures seamless global operations.
The Responsibilities
- Direct Global Network Engineering and Network Operations (NOC) teams with full accountability for global uptime, performance, and SLA adherence.
- Design and execute the architectural roadmap to ensure infrastructure scales ahead of business expansion and international client demands.
- Oversee 24/7/365 network operations, prioritizing rapid incident response, proactive capacity tuning, and continuous performance optimization.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for internal business units and external enterprise customers to design secure, high-performing network solutions.
- Maintain a rigorous security posture, ensuring global adherence to audit frameworks including ISO, PCI-DSS, SOC/SOC2, and VA/PT.
- Establish technical training roadmaps and mentorship programs to build a world-class, high-performing global engineering workforce.
The Qualifications
- 1520 years in Network Engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or executive capacity.
- Proven success in spearheading large-scale network transformations and successful global infrastructure rollouts.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Expert-level knowledge of Cisco Data Center technologies (ACI Spine/Leaf, Nexus 9000/8000, and Catalyst platforms).
- Advanced proficiency in BGP, OSPF, and multicast routing within complex, multi-site enterprise environments.
- Strategic management of enterprise-grade security stacks, specifically Fortinet(FortiManager/Analyzer) and Palo Alto (Panorama/Strata).
- Mastery of advanced network monitoring, telemetry, and capacity management platforms to drive data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Certifications
- Cisco: CCIE or CCNP (Data Center / Routing & Switching)
- Palo Alto: PCNSE or PCNSA
- Fortinet: NSE 7 or above
- Frameworks: ITIL v4 Certification
