Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Enterprise Architect
Enterprise Architect will be responsible for steering the strategic direction and delivery of enterprise architecture consulting services to implementation of AI and digital automation solutions. This senior role demands a deep understanding of AI services, tech enterprise structures, and the ability to reimagine and transform clients technology environments. The successful candidate will lead a high-performance team, drive innovation, and ensure the alignment of architecture strategies with client business objectives.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the strategic vision for enterprise architecture aligned with immediate to long term objectives of the customer
Lead and inspire a team of tech leads, architects, consultants, and other professionals to deliver innovative solutions.
Drive enterprise architecture, integration, and AI policies
Lead AI first approach with an architecture to enable autonomous journey
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and technology challenges.
Guide clients in reimagining their technology landscapes, leveraging AI services, and optimizing enterprise structures.
Provide strategic advice and recommendations to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
Solution Design and Delivery:
Own the design and implementation of comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions that align with clients%27 strategic goals.
Ensure the integration of AI services into clients technology frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency.
Monitor project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes delivered
Drive Multiple ERPs, fragmented and siloed systems to a harmonized, scalable, integrated with standardized data, reusable automation, and cross-functional workflow integration.
Drive Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions for error-free and low-touch operations
Drive Data Orchestration, Predictive and Data Analytics models
Innovation and Thought Leadership:
Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI, enterprise architecture, and related technologies.
Promote and drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions within the consulting practice.
Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and other events, establishing thought leadership in enterprise architecture.
Operational Management:
Oversee the implementation of solutions by different sub-teams, internal and off-the-shelf products to ensure flawless end-to-end integration, modularity, extensibility, re-usability, scalability, testability and quality of the product.
Collaborate with technology delivery teams across all the technology solutions, and own technology solution end to end
Provide strategic and tactical guidance to technology delivery teams
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, or similar).
Relevant years of experience in enterprise architecture consulting & implementation, with a strong background in AI services and automation strategy.
Proven record of accomplishment of leading large-scale technology transformation projects and reimagining tech landscapes for clients.
Skills and Competencies:
Experience in designing enterprise architecture for enterprise-scale transformation programs including Gen AI, Agentic AI, Digital Products implementation, and middleware implementation
Experience with Salesforce, Hyperscalers and architect principles
In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
Strong expertise in AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic and innovative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Ability to travel as required for client engagements and business development activities.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a wide audience.
