Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and public forums as a company spokesperson.
  • Collaborate with the board of directors by providing updates and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate organizational performance and progress toward goals.
  • Lead the organization during crises or major challenges, ensuring stability and strategic guidance.
