Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Delivery, Financial Services
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Technology Leader to spearhead client-facing delivery of
large-scale, multi-functional programs that drive business transformation and
innovation at scale. This high-visibility role demands strategic leadership, strong
interpersonal skills, deep technical acumen, and a proven ability to orchestrate cross-
functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives across multiple client platforms
and business units.Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Organization Management
Provide strategic leadership and direction for complex technology programs,
ensuring alignment with client business goals and value delivery
Responsible for cultivating and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with
our clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our values and mission
Accountable for end-to-end program delivery from planning to execution,
including resource management, budgets, timelines, and KPIs
Delivery & Client Engagement
Lead cross-functional and globally distributed teams, fostering collaboration
between engineering, product management, operations, and executive
stakeholders
Implement governance frameworks and best practices to ensure successful
program execution across multiple workstreams
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery methodologies, tools,
and team performance
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on technology strategy, risks,
and delivery status
Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party
integrations related to program execution
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards across all program deliverables
Operational Excellence
Establish and manage operational metrics including utilization, productivity, delivery quality, and margin performance
Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, automation, and DevOps/DataOps practices
Oversee workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and capacity management at scale
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards
Implement best practices in PMO, DevOps, and delivery automation.
Financial & Commercial Ownership
Own P&L responsibility for large accounts/programs.
Manage revenue forecasting, margin performance, and cost controls.
Drive change management and contract negotiations.
Ensure financial health and risk-adjusted delivery planning.
Executive Stakeholder Management
Act as primary interface for CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders.
Lead executive steering committees and governance forums.
Manage escalations and complex stakeholder landscapes.
Build long-term trusted advisory relationships.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
IT delivery with experience in leading enterprise-scale programs.
Proven track record managing %2420M+ programs or large portfolios.
Experience in Financial Services domain (Banking Capital markets and Insurance)
Experience in global IT services or large enterprise IT organizations.
Strong knowledge of:
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Agile & DevOps practices
Strong financial acumen and contract management expertise.
Experience working in matrixed, multicultural environments.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Fortune 500 or large global clients
Strong commercial acumen, including experience with margin management and cost optimization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
Prior experience building offshore delivery factory or platform-based delivery modelsKey Competencies

Deep technical credibility in modern data platforms
Ability to scale organizations, processes, and platforms globallyEducation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
