Role: VP Corporate Finance

Location: Mumbai

Designation: Vice President - Corporate Finance and Strategy

Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for leading fund-raising, financial planning, budget monitoring, and business performance tracking activities across the organization. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and hands-on experience in managing cash flows, financial projections, fund raising.

Key Responsibilities

Drive fund-raising initiatives both debt and equity, including preparation of investor presentations, financial models, and project report, documentation.

Assist in developing and executing capital structuring strategies and financial due diligence.

Oversee annual budgeting, periodic variance analysis, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Conduct financial projections and support strategic decision-making and business planning.

Monitor cash flow positions, working capital utilization, and funding requirements across projects.

Lead performance monitoring of business units and projects, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.

Liaise with banks, investors, and financial institutions for negotiations, reporting, and compliance.

• Coordinating with the Rating agencies

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and financial modeling expertise (Excel, PowerPoint, financial tools).

In-depth knowledge of real estate industry, financing, project evaluation, and capital markets.

Expertise in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and fund management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification: Preferably MBA ( Finance ) from Grade A business schools or Chartered Accountant (CA) / CFA.

Experience: 1012 years in Corporate Finance / FP&Ain real estate sector.

Proven track record in fund raising, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
