Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President with 10+ years of experience in Social Work, Development Sector, CSR, Fundraising, and NGO Business Development. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership to strengthen organisational growth, build sustainable partnerships, expand CSR collaborations, and drive impactful social development initiatives.
The Vice President will play a key role in shaping the organisation's vision, developing growth strategies, managing strategic relationships, and ensuring effective implementation of programmes for long-term social impact.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Organisational Growth
· Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the organisation's mission and vision.
· Identify new opportunities for programme expansion, partnerships, and sustainable development.
· Provide leadership support in strengthening organisational systems, processes, and impact delivery.
· Support senior management in decision-making and long-term planning.
2. CSR Partnership & Fundraising
· Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR heads, corporate partners, foundations, and funding agencies.
· Identify CSR funding opportunities and develop successful partnership proposals.
· Lead fundraising strategies including donor engagement, grant management, and resource mobilisation.
· Create compelling project concepts, budgets, and CSR proposals to secure funding support.
· Ensure effective communication and reporting to donors and partners.

3. NGO Business Development
· Drive organisational visibility, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
· Explore new avenues for revenue generation and sustainable growth.
· Develop networking opportunities with government bodies, corporates, NGOs, and development organisations.
· Strengthen the organisation's position in the social impact ecosystem.

4. Programme Development & Impact Management
· Provide strategic guidance for designing and scaling social development programmes.
· Ensure projects are aligned with community needs and donor expectations.
· Support monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement frameworks.
· Promote innovation and best practices in programme implementation.

5. Government & Stakeholder Engagement
· Build effective relationships with government departments, institutions, and key stakeholders.
· Support government liaisoning and collaboration opportunities.
· Represent the organisation at relevant forums, conferences, and networking platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
· Minimum 10 years of experience in NGO/Social Development Sector
· Strong understanding of CSR policies, fundraising, and donor management
· Proven experience in corporate partnerships and resource mobilisation
· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
· Experience in project development, proposal writing, and stakeholder management
· Ability to build strategic relationships and lead organisational growth
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in healthcare, community development, CSR implementation, and large-scale social impact programmes will be preferred.
