If your experience has primarily been in SaaS, IT Services, Banking, Manufacturing, FMCG Sales, Insurance, Real Estate, Logistics, Consulting or any other non-agency sector, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.

This is not a corporate sales role.
This is a business acquisition, strategic client partnership and growth role within one of India's fastest-growing B2B marketing and experiential organisations.

· Build, nurture and expand relationships with enterprise clients and senior decision-makers.
· Identify new markets, industry verticals and revenue opportunities.
· Lead pitches, presentations, commercials and contract negotiations.
· Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, production and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
· Build long-term strategic client partnerships and drive repeat business through exceptional relationship management.
· Represent Fervent across industry forums, conferences and networking platforms.
· Strengthen Fervent's positioning as a leading B2B marketing and experiential partner.

The Ideal Candidate· Has spent 12+ years in an Experiential, Event, Brand Activation or Integrated Marketing Agency.
· Has consistently delivered business growth and acquired enterprise clients.
· Has an established network across CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Leaders and enterprise decision-makers.
· Is commercially astute and confident leading high-value negotiations.
· Thinks strategically while remaining deeply execution-oriented.
· Believes in ownership, accountability and long-term partnerships.
· Is hungry to build, scale and leave a lasting impact.
