- Build annual revenue plans, pipeline targets, and growth forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a highperforming cybersecurity sales organization.
Cybersecurity Business Development
- Drive sales ofcybersecurity services including:
- Managed Security Services (SOC, SIEM, SOAR, MDR)
- Cloud security and zerotrust transformation
- Identity & Access Management (IAM/CIAM)
- Application & data security
- Cyber risk, compliance & regulatory consulting
- Threat intelligence & incident response
- Own endtoend deal cycles, from opportunity identification to closure of large multi-year cybersecurity engagements.
- Develop and strengthen relationships within Tier1/2 banks, insurers, NBFCs, payment networks, exchanges, and fintech ecosystems.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with CISO, CIO, CTO, CRO, Head of Risk, Compliance, and other key BFSI stakeholders.
- Present cybersecurity strategies, solution roadmaps, and value propositions tailored to client regulatory and operational needs.
- Lead negotiations for complex deals with a clear focus on long-term partnerships and value creation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cybersecurity practice leaders, solution architects, delivery, and marketing teams to create differentiated offerings.
- Partner with OEMs, hyperscalers, cybersecurity product vendors, and industry regulators to strengthen pursuit strategies.
- Influence internal solution development based on BFSI security trends and emerging threat vectors.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
- Stay ahead of BFSI regulatory shifts (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI), cyber risk frameworks, and compliance mandates.
- Provide insights on cybersecurity market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving threat landscapes.
- Represent the company at BFSI security forums, conferences, and industry panels.
