Are you ready to lead the next wave of AI innovation As Vice President, AI Product Manager within our AI Coach Ecosystem team, you'll drive the strategy, development, and management of transformative AI coach solutions across the firm. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with business leaders, identify impactful use cases, and ensure seamless integration and ongoing success of AI coaches that empower our employees.

As the Vice President, AI Product Manager within the AI Coach Ecosystem team, you will oversee the development, evaluation, and management of AI coaches across the firm. You will identify coach opportunities by segment, collaborate with LOB partners to understand evolving needs, and ensure seamless intake, onboarding, and maintenance of AI coach solutions.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution for the AI coach ecosystem, including evaluation and selection of AI coaches.
  • Identify and prioritize coach use cases by segment and line of business (LOB).
  • Collaborate with LOB partners to understand employee needs and evolving requirements.
  • Oversee the intake, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance of AI coach solutions.
  • Manage a team of product managers focused on specific coaches and segments.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, ethics, and data privacy standards.
  • Track and analyze coach performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate the vision and impact of the AI coach ecosystem to stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years in product management, experience in AI-powered solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
  • Experience with vendor management and technology implementation.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
