Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, prioritize and track assignments and project details
• Ensure ShotGrid (project management tool) statuses and task assignments are kept up to date
• Coordinate and package shot deliveries including submission documentation
• Ensure effective communication and continual team updates
• Coordinate and monitor multiple projects effectively
• Ensure project scope, status and completion information up to date on ShotGrid
• Monitor and control progress, issues and preparing reports
• Ensure production database is kept updated daily with notes and critical information before departing for the day
• Anticipate and communicate issues to Producer and Supervisor to resolve problems quickly
• Check delivery packages to ensure the content is correct
• Create and share progress reports to producers, supervisors and clients

Candidate Profile

The right candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years experience within the VFX studio or production house.

Required Skills

• Experience using ShotGrid over multiple productions to track progress
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Experience in managing multiple projects
• Vendor management experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (including word, excel)
