Location: JIRAW, Sonapur, Guwahati (Need to travel across India and internationally for ABC programs)
Salary: 30,000 per month (Negotiable) + performance-based incentives
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Veterinarian to join our Animal Birth Control (ABC) program team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performing spay/neuter surgeries and be committed to animal care, wellbeing & welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 1020 sterilization surgeries (spay/neuter) on dogs daily.
- Provide comprehensive post-operative care and monitoring.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure best practices in surgery and hygiene.
- Collaborate with field teams to support ABC initiatives at various locations across India and abroad, as required.
- Project management
- Community Animal Clinic handling
- Any other work assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc & A.H.)
- Proven experience in conducting sterilization surgeries.
- Strong commitment to animal welfare and public health.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to different locations for ABC program deployment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
