Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling the vessels and the requested services, received from Ship Management companies and Vessel Master.
Coordinate with vessel Master, Local Authorities, Government Officials, etc. to seek approvals for the service arrangements.
Coordinate with the vendors (launch providers, transportation vendors, hotels accommodations, etc.) to arrange the services.
Coordinating with Ship Management companies to collate the required information with regards to the requested services.
Providing OKTB/LOI for crew change services.
Check Port System and contact Charterer agency for berthing prospects.
Calculate Cost Estimate/PDA for services and provide the same to customer.
Organizing and coordinating aspects of port call from booking berth allocation till arranging services ahead of vessel arrival. Infallible handling and updating applications (OneDA & Optic) for each port calls.
Handling documentation and applications before and after vessel departure.
Prepare, coordinate and upload VAR (Vessel Attendance Report) in Optic.
Inchcape Systems
- Full utilization of Inchcape systems as per ISS Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure team are accurately inputting operational and commercial information into Inchcape systems in a timely manner.

Person Specification
Knowledge
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
