About Position:
We are seeking Agentic AI Developers with Vertex AI & GCP experience.

What You'll Do:
- Agentic AI Development: Design, build, and deploy LLM-based autonomous agents using Vertex AI, Gemini, and frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Google ADK.
- Workflow Orchestration: Develop multi-agent orchestration systems with advanced reasoning, multi-step planning, tool use, and long-term memory to optimize complex business processes.
- GCP Integration: Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using GCP services, including Vertex AI Agent Builder, Vector Search, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Dataflow.
- RAG & Context Management: Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to securely connect agents with enterprise data and tools.
- MLOps & Productionization: Drive the full MLOps lifecycle, including model deployment, monitoring for agentic drift, and implementing safety guardrails for production-ready agents.
- Technical Leadership: Partner with product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions, mentoring junior engineers on GCP best practices.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise-grade agentic applications.
- GCP Proficiency: Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery).
- Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, or Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Programming: Mastery of Python (or Go/Java/C++).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of LLMs, embedding models, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and prompt engineering.
- Software Engineering: Proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and API design.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect.
- Experience with multi-agent communication protocols (MCP).
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning (RLHF/RLAIF) for agent tuning.
