We are looking for a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge of medical devices, hospital workflow, and healthcare IT systems. The SME will provide domain expertise, support product design and validation, ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Functional Subject Matter Expert with strong expertise in PACS, DICOM, and HL7 to support our product and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in product backlog grooming and ensure clear, optimized test conditions for
automation.
- Lead environment setup, including configuration of test environments, integration points, and tools.
- Conduct comprehensive validation of workflows, integrations, and data flows.
- Identify, document, and analyze end-to-end workflows across systems for complete testing coverage.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve environment, data, and integration issues.
- Manage test data creation to support consistent and reliable test execution.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer on domain concepts and workflows.
- Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration among SMEs, developers, automation engineers, and QA.
- Perform gap analysis to identify missing requirements and workflow enhancements.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Functional SME in healthcare imaging systems.
- Strong knowledge of PACS, DICOM, HL7, and related workflows.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
