56 years of experience in venture research, innovation strategy, consulting, or technology research
Prior experience working with corporate ventures, innovation labs, startups, or VC/accelerator ecosystems
Exposure to IP analysis, patent landscaping, or academic research is a plus
MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent experience in technology, business, or strategy preferred
Strong experience in thought leadership publications
Venture & Startup Research: Identify high-potential opportunities by researching internal ventures, emerging technologies, and relevant startups for collaboration, co-development, or capability enhancement.
Feasibility & Readiness Assessment: Evaluate ideas and solutions across market potential, technical and regulatory feasibility, and assess Business Readiness Levels (BRL) and Technology Readiness Levels (TRL).
Capability & Competitive Analysis: Analyze existing offerings to identify capability gaps, recommend what to add (why and how), and conduct competitive and startup landscape benchmarking.
Innovation Intelligence: Continuously track technology breakthroughs, research publications, patents/IP, and industry trends to uncover whitespace opportunities.
Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Collaboration: Develop and publish high-quality thought leadership with leaders, startups, partners, and industry experts, with a proven track record of publications in top-tier publication houses.
Support innovation-related events, internal innovation programs, and incubation initiatives to drive technological advancements and strategic growth.
