Location Hyderabad, Full-Time

THE ROLE

We're building a consumer furniture concept and we need someone to own it end to end. From sourcing and supply chain to pricing, positioning, and launch.

This venture operates independently of Nolwa and is built around a different mandate entirely affordable, scalable, designed for volume. If you're expecting a luxury brief, this isn't it.

This isn't a support role. You'll be the person who makes things happen the one who turns an idea on a whiteboard into a product in the market. You'll work directly with the founder, with real decision-making authority and full visibility into every stage of the business.

If the concept succeeds, you scale it. If we pivot, you lead that too. The role is designed to grow with the opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Opportunity Assessment. Validate the opportunity market sizing, competitive landscape, demand signals, and a clear go / no-go recommendation.
  • Business Model. Turn the concept into a structured business go-to-market strategy, pricing architecture, cost structure, and unit economics.
  • Product & Supply Chain. Run the build manage vendor identification, sourcing, prototyping, and supply chain setup from scratch.
  • Launch Execution. Take it to market develop the launch plan, coordinate with branding and marketing partners, and oversee the GTM execution.
  • Operations & Documentation. Keep everything on track detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation at every stage.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 36 years in strategy consulting, venture building, or D2C product businesses
  • Demonstrable experience taking something from zero to one not just advising on it
  • Strong bias for action; comfortable in ambiguity with minimal hand-holding
  • Sharp on both strategy and operations can think at 10,000 feet and execute at ground level
  • Excellent written communication; can document, present, and persuade clearly
  • Familiarity with consumer goods, furniture, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus
